International Real Estate Portal To Speak 6 New Languages

Properazzi, an international real estate listings portal has announced that beginning next month they will be integrating Arabic, Greek, Hungarian, Czech, Norwegian and Swedish languages, with Hebrew to follow.

Yannick Laclau, CEO of Properazzi.com, says, "What we're hearing from agents is a need for portals that really understand their buyers - how they search and what they want from the experience - and that allow them to reach out to more potential leads. By opening up its website to new nationalities, Properazzi's just become an even more attractive tool for agents to target foreign buyers."

Properazzi used log file analysis of the over 1 million visitors they receive monthly as means to determine which languages to add.

Properazzi Aggregates Real Estate News Stories

Properazzi announces the launch of  a new service to aggregate real estate news content.
"The new section of the site picks up leading real estate –related stories from around the world, with a European consumer focus. The news will initially be offered in four categories: Markets, Architecture & design, Eco-living, and Curious.

Readers can comment on news stories, favourite them and forward to friends. In a little while, people will also be able to submit content themselves – a sort of global real estate social news platform. The news are presented on a multi-language platform, although most of the content is still in English. Over time, this will develop in the direction it wants to take."
This is a good move on Properazzi's part. Hopefully they will add an Alert feature similar to Google. It would be nice to have a well focused resource for International RE news.
