with Russ Capper, President of Prudential Real Estate Services. Russ' involvement with the online real estate space began back in 1998 when he co-founded E-Realty.Com. Capper shares his opinions of real estate blogging and social media along with his frustration with the speed in which real estate professionals embrace technology. Russ also Co-Hosts a radio program here in the Houston area entitled BusinessMakers.
