Where is Mike?
I've been getting a lot of email asking where I have been. I'm still here! In addition to being very busy with new MLB business, I have been taking extra time to be with my family and take care of the home fires. Some of the posts in the draft folder are too stale to publish, some need updated, I'll try to get to them this weekend.

This blog exists to bridge the gap between perception and reality as it applies to Real Estate 2.0.®* Its goal and focus is to explode myths and expose my readers to new thinking.
Since 1995 I've been working with the real estate industry to craft technology, marketing and business process solutions. Most recently I've been trying to help brokers and agents prepare for a future in which humility and grace take a front seat to charisma and charm. Where transparency and open collaboration replace smoke and mirrors. Where skilled business acumen is the responsibility of the agent or broker and the heavy lifting isn't passed off to someone else.
So what is Real Estate 2.0? It's the windshield and unless you prepare for it, you may be the bug.
