Sorry for the lack of posts over the past few days. We've been very busy. So busy I haven't even had a chance to catch up on my own blog reading. Since 1995 I've been working with the real estate industry to craft technology, marketing and business process solutions. Most recently I've been trying to help brokers and agents prepare for a future in which humility and grace take a front seat to charisma and charm. Where transparency and open collaboration replace smoke and mirrors. Where skilled business acumen is the responsibility of the agent or broker and the heavy lifting isn't passed off to someone else. So what is Real Estate 2.0? It's the windshield and unless you prepare for it, you may be the bug.
