1st Million at 33's blog is hosting this week's Carnival of Real Estate. The word on Blog street says the Hound is hosting next week's show. Check your grammar, make a good point, don't show the dog any sense of fear and whatever you do, use some Latin. If not, your submission may find it's way into that hole where the Hound buries whatever's left of things he's torn to shreds. :)

There will always exist speakers, authors and vendors (amongst others) with an agenda. They are quite satisfied to treat RE professionals as Kings and Queens to their faces and like mushrooms behind their backs. If that's what you're happy with you may want to go play a game of solitaire. This blog exists to bridge the gap between perception and reality as it applies to Real Estate 2.0.®* Its goals and focus are to irreverently explode myths and expose readers to new thinking.
Since 1995 I've been working with the real estate industry to craft technology, marketing and business process solutions. Most recently I've been trying to help brokers and agents prepare for a future in which humility and grace take a front seat to charisma and charm. Where transparency and open collaboration replace smoke and mirrors. Where skilled business acumen is the responsibility of the agent or broker and the heavy lifting isn't passed off to someone else.
So what is Real Estate 2.0? It's the windshield and unless you prepare for it, you may be the bug.
